NBV Detailing Service Agreement

This agreement details your commitments to NBVAutoDetailing LLC (hereinafter referred to as "NBVDetailing," "contractor," "technician," "us," "our," or "we") and our responsibilities to you (later referred to as "Client," "Customer," or "you") with regard to the service(s) you acquire. You accept all of the conditions of this agreement, without any changes from you, by using our service. By making a reservation or using NBVDetailing's services, you hereby accept the following conditions:

Water and Electricity Accessibility

All of our automobile detailing services depend on having access to electricity and water. Please call us at (916) 670-2457 so we can find a solution if you don't have access to either water or electricity. There will be a $50 cancellation fee if you can't guarantee that there will be electricity and water available at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Because of the magnitude of our operation and the time required to provide top-notch services, cancellations and reschedules have an ongoing impact. So that we can fill that time slot and avoid our cancellation fee of $50, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All appointments are subject to the aforementioned terms and conditions:

  • Depending on staffing levels, weather forecasts, or equipment malfunctions, NBV Detailing reserves the right to postpone or cancel an appointment.

  • NBV Detailing reserves the right to cancel an appointment if the vehicle and keys are not present at the specified time and location. This is a breach of the company's cancellation policy, which carries a fee of $50.

Vehicle Operation

In order to complete the detail service and any other times that have been mutually agreed upon, the customer must grant NBV Detailing access to the vehicle. Please make sure we have access to the car's keys. This paperwork guarantees that you have given us permission to drive and relocate your car as necessary.

Quality of Service

We want you to be happy with the service we provide. No services provided are guaranteed to return your car to its original, pre-accident state. Within the limitations of our resources, time, and experience, we will make every effort to restore the car to the best condition. At the conclusion of the job, you and we will do a final inspection together. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied with our service after the final inspection and after we have left. If you don't perform the final inspection with an NBV Detailing professional, NBV Detailing won't be responsible for any issues that arise after 24 hours of the job being finished.

Accidents, Damages, & Conditions

Vehicle damage that occurs while the vehicle is in our care is not the responsibility of NBV Detailing or its contractors. We take every precaution to avoid accidents, and so far there haven't been any. We are experts in our field and professionals. We will let you know immediately if anything has been damaged while we are detailing your car. You also agree not to hold NBV Detailing liable for any pre-existing vehicle damage by accepting our detailing services. The total monetary value of each job is the maximum amount for which NBV Detailing is liable.

Photos and Feedback

We want to hear from you. If you have ANY issues, whether positive or negative, do write us at nbvautodetailing@gmail.com. Additionally, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to publish photographs of your vehicles on any of our social media channels or to use them for promotional purposes on our website (www.xxx.com). The pictures won't contain any information about you personally.

Service Termination

If NBV Detailing determines that a customer is not a good fit for our services, NBV Detailing reserves the right to cancel any future or ongoing maintenance contracts or services with clients. Any cause we deem deserving of service termination at our discretion, such as being dishonest or abusive to NBV Detailing personnel, can result in service termination.

NBV Detailing Alterations

The right to change this statement is reserved by NBV Detailing. NBV Detailing does not guarantee that the materials will be updated; any alterations to this Service Contract will be noted in this section.

I Understand That

  • By using our services, you agree that NBV Detailing makes no guarantees regarding the results of our detailing services.

  • Your payment to NBV Detailing is only for the specific services performed on your car and is not contingent upon achieving any certain goal or result.

  • The entire financial value of each task is the extent of NBV Detailing's liability.

  • Deposits paid are non-refundable because we order the materials for the job on demand.

  • The purchase is final.
