Terms of Service

Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are extra terms that all Users or guests must comply by when using the Service and are a part of the NBV Detailing Terms of Use. You must read and accept the terms and conditions of the booking when making an appointment with NBV Detailing over the phone or online. You are obligated to abide by these terms and conditions as soon as an appointment is set.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged when the requested service is completed. NBV Detailing accepts payment in cash or via PayPal.

Pre-Service Policy

Before any form of detailing, customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other valuable objects from their vehicle. NBV Detailing accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property, including the car being serviced, any belongings inside the vehicle, or the site of service. Assure that your vehicle is being maintained in a legal and safe environment, and if you have any issues, please communicate them to your car detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the risk of the customer and must be able to resist typical cleaning techniques. Any cleaning-related damage claims will be restricted to the cost of the service. We have the right to change or relocate a booking based on staffing numbers, weather circumstances, and/or machinery or equipment malfunction. All jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, excrement, or other hazardous items will be subject to a minimum 20% fee.

Late Cancelation & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. However, within the first 48 hours, a $50 fee is levied to compensate our technician. This regulation holds true for any retail-priced auto detail.

Fulfillment Policy

If the service technician does not complete the package as ordered or there is obvious proof of poor craftsmanship, we will fix the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service at our expense. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the service completion by phone (916-670-2457) or email (NBVAutoDetailing@gamil.com). Within 24 hours after filing the claim, photos of the area must be texted or emailed to NBVAutoDetailing@gmail.com.

Appointment Time

Our technician may be late due to traffic or unforeseen situations. For works booked online or over the phone, please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window. NBV Detailing will do its best to notify you of any shipping delays.
